With almost 9 years of caregiving experience, Katie brings a well-rounded skill set to every shift. She understands that great care is not just about completing tasks, but about truly understanding the person behind them. That experience shows up in her attentiveness, her consistency, and her ability to adapt to each Client’s unique needs and preferences.

One of Katie’s standout qualities is her frequent and efficient communication. Whether it is keeping Families informed or ensuring our internal team is aligned, she makes communication a priority. That level of consistency helps create smoother care, stronger trust, and better outcomes for everyone involved.

In fact, this month marked a first for our Caregiver of the Month recognition. Katie’s Client, Mike, asked to be in the photo with her. That moment speaks volumes about the connection she has built and the trust she has earned.
