June 2026 Caregiver of the Month: Zaina Tayler
We are excited to recognize Zaina Tayler as Amevian Home Care’s June 2026 Caregiver of the Month! Zaina may be relatively new to the Amevian Home Care team, joining us in May, but it didn’t take long for her to make an incredible impression. From her very first weeks with us, it became clear that Zaina is not only a fantastic Caregiver, but a genuinely wonderful person.
Nearly Eight Years of One-on-One Caregiving Experience
Zaina brings nearly eight years of caregiving experience, primarily providing one-on-one care in the home. That experience shows in the quiet confidence she brings into every Client’s home. She is calm, soft-spoken, patient, and—as those who have had the opportunity to know her will tell you—as sweet as they come.
There is a sense of peace and assurance that Zaina brings with her. For a Client welcoming someone into their home, particularly during a time when they may be facing new challenges or increased dependence on others, that feeling can mean everything. Zaina has a natural ability to make people feel comfortable, safe, respected, and cared for.
Making an Immediate Impact at Amevian
Zaina certainly didn’t ease into her new role! Almost immediately after joining us, she jumped in and began serving many of our Clients, providing a significant number of hours of care each week. In a very short period of time, she had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of Clients and families.
The response has been remarkably consistent: they love Zaina. Again and again, we heard how wonderful she was. Different Clients, different homes, different personalities, and different care needs—yet the feedback remained the same. Zaina’s kindness, dependability, gentle demeanor, and genuine desire to help people shine through wherever she goes.
Bringing Peace, Reassurance, and Joy to Her Clients
At Amevian Home Care, we talk often about providing more than assistance with the traditional Activities of Daily Living. Great care should also bring Joy, Enrichment, Meaning, and Purpose into a person’s life. Sometimes that happens through an activity, an outing, or a shared experience. Other times, it comes simply from the presence of a Caregiver who makes the day feel a little easier and the world feel a little more comfortable. Zaina is that kind of Caregiver.

It is unusual for someone to join a team and make such a strong impression so quickly. Zaina has done exactly that, and we couldn't be happier that she chose to bring her experience, kindness, and heart to Amevian.
